In Sesto San Giovanni, suburb of Milan, the company EOS was founded by the family Cozzi upon over three decades of experience<\/strong> about premium quality Customer Care Service for injection moulding machines.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

First EOS, then Ripress took care of maintenance<\/strong>, service<\/strong>, troubleshooting<\/strong> and overhauling<\/strong> for a growing number of customers.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

After some years of development made in cooperation with expert designers and engineers<\/strong>, the series IT<\/strong> was born: a technically optimized, friendly priced product, something \u2013 for the first time \u2013 \u201cauthentically Ripress\u201d and \u201cbrand new\u201d, whose instantaneous success was even exceeding the expectations.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIn a short time the traditional business of overhauling \u2013 still maintained in respect for customers fond of updating their existing machines \u2013 falled behind the wave of requests for the \u201cbrand new Ripress machines\u201d.\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Even at the height of the crisis in the plastics processing industry, Ripress continues its technical development, always based on dialogue with customers and on the courage to pursue new ideas under all circumstances.<\/p>

Ripress is in fact the first manufacturer in Europe to install a hydraulic system based on servomotors and inverters<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The end of the crisis leaves behind the need to offer the market a more differentiated and specialized product.<\/p>

In Italy, both full-electric packaging IMM<\/strong> and low-cost solutions for moulders facing financial constraints and the credit squeeze are becoming increasingly widespread. Alongside the now celebrated HES series, which boasts a complete range from 60 to 1,300 tons, Ripress introduces a lower-cost version.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe opposite need, namely to offer both a specialized and high-performance product to the most demanding market, leads to a collaboration<\/strong> with a leading international company such as Dongshin<\/strong>, which, together with South Korea\u2019s electronics companies, played a leading role in the development of the Asian country, a true protagonist of the decade.\n\nThe collaboration takes shape through the development of a Ripress control platform<\/strong> inspired by European standards, installed on Dongshin\u2019s extremely fast full-electric machines, for which Ripress becomes the exclusive distributor on the domestic market.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
