2P HES is a hydraulic press with 2-platen hydroblock closure equipped with the award-winning HES system, able to satisfy all needs from technical moulding, to furniture, to packaging productions. The 2-platen closure allows to have a high tonnage press with reduced length dimensions.

A controller designed in Italy, based on an industrial PC and equipped with a 21” touch screen and programmed in LINUX environment: thanks to the user friendly, full touch and multi-functional interface it provides the most eclectic and flexible help for the user, whatever his needs may be. The full digital wirework via CAN bus allows quick and simple troubleshooting, in case of anomalies.
Consumption
Thanks to the innovative HES system (composed by inverter, servomotor and gear pump) fluids are maintained at a low temperature, and consumption of power and cooling water are reduced up to 75% in compare with the traditional hydraulics
