Reliability
A controller designed in Italy, based on an industrial PC and equipped with a 21” touch screen and programmed in LINUX environment: thanks to the user friendly, full touch and multi-functional interface it provides the most eclectic and flexible help for the user, whatever his needs may be. The full digital wirework via CAN bus allows quick and simple troubleshooting, in case of anomalies.
Consumption
Thanks to the innovative HES system (composed by inverter, servomotor and gear pump) fluids are maintained at a low temperature, and consumption of power and cooling water are reduced up to 75% in compare with the traditional hydraulics.
Space
The wider space between tie bars (in compare with the ECO series) allows to operate with larger and more complex moulds
Cleanliness
The use of low friction linear guides and sealed auto-lubricating supports of the moving platen allows a cleaner operation and further power savings (up to 320 tons of clamping force).
Precision
The digital magneto-strictive transducers provide, together with the utmost precision, an ideal management of the movementsand the best possible reliability due to the total absence of friction and wearing during the operation.
