Hybrid 2P HES is a hybrid injection moulding machine with a two-platen Hydroblock clamping unit, equipped with the award-winning HES system and designed to meet a wide range of application requirements, from technical moulding and the furniture sector to packaging production. The electric two-platen clamping unit enables faster and more precise opening and closing movements. This configuration also makes it possible to achieve high clamping forces while maintaining reduced overall machine length. The distinctive feature of this model is that the clamping unit, including jaw locking, is fully electric.

Reliability

Thanks to a 21-inch industrial PC designed in Italy, programmed in a Linux environment and featuring a full-touch, multifunctional and extremely user-friendly interface, the Ripress control platform is suitable for every requirement. The electrical system, entirely wired via EtherCAT, also allows simple and immediate diagnostics in the event of faults.

Thanks to the innovative HES system (composed by inverter, servomotor and gear pump) fluids are maintained at a low temperature, and consumption of power and cooling water are reduced up to 75% in compare with the traditional hydraulics

Cleanliness

The moving platen slides on linear guides and recirculating ball bearing blocks, reducing friction and ensuring greater energy savings and cleaner operation.

The electric jaw locking system compensates for the inherent slowness of the Hydroblock system. In addition, electric opening and closing ensure high precision in the mould opening position.
